I explained my logic over text, I'll clarify here, don't be defensive.

"I wouldn't revoke for personal reasons. That's stupid and biased.

I revoked it because:
1. I was one of the first people to vouch for you. I didn't put all that much thought into your vouch at all. I was just reviewing your overall character as a person, which is more or less spotlessly flawless. I thought perhaps I rushed it a bit too much, and wanted to think a bit more.

2. After seeing that 3 of my other staff members said they wanted more time to think, I realized that perhaps I should have talked it over with them first. Choosing Staff isn't like accepting Trusted Applications. We (the Admins), as a team, must collectively observe the behavior of the candidate, and take our own mental notes on the pros and cons of the person. We collectively pool our opinions and observations to form our individual vouches. We're a team, and it's necessary for all of us to think about something as significant as a new staff member.

I did not revoke my vouch for personal reasons under ANY circumstance. I'm not THAT biased, contrary to what it seems. I'm trying to be more active in the small staff community, due to my temporary leave. That's all, I'm not revoking it because of personal issues, of which there are little to none."
