I don't think you should be unbanned. Nearly the only times you show consideration for other players whatsoever, it's to figure out how to piss them off the most. This makes you a horrible influence on the community of the server, and a horrible person to play with.

While it sounds nicer to say "my ban was just rolled back, I really have only been banned two times overall," two is actually a lot seeing as how it indicates that the first ban was likely a valid ban, and that you hadn't improved after that first year of being banned. The chance that you'd get banned twice without improvement either time and then be a more pleasant person after your third ban is incredibly slim, especially given the time frame. (This is your third ban by the way, as you were banned for reasons other than the one rolled back reason.)
So while perhaps I would support you getting unbanned if impersonation was the only rule you'd broken, instead I'd like to see your ban reason changed to include: harassment, use of a hacked client, griefing, disrespect of staff members, use of the accounts of other McTopians, discrimination/hate speech, placing precious stones in locations which weren't yours, impersonation, and lack of common sense.
These are all things you've been previously jailed for or which there are witnesses/evidence, none of which you've been explicitly pardoned for. I'll leave witnesses unnamed due to your tendency to retaliate against anyone who calls you out, but I do hope some will choose to confirm your actions.
Harassment: Your troll homes are well known enough that I don't really feel like I need to find screenshots of this.
Hacked client: I, among others, have witnessed you flying across the temp server from your base to the spawn.

That's an awful lot of jails and bans for someone who "wants to help the server."
