Nodus is banned, and you should know it, being SD and all that. The fact you are using it against someone who was apparently PvPing you, is a sure fire way to get yourself banned, for hacking during PVP. We often like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when it comes to hacking, we don't take it lightly. Stop being butthurt, give Gryph the stuff he earned from you, and move on.
