He is a VIP-Gold, thus unable to open other people's chest. If you count PvP as stealing, you should probably go to school and learn to read, because it's encouraged to PvP on McTopia, and it is clearly defined. If you haven't been through the member quiz, you've been here long enough to have seen the old server message:

Please calm down, give him the stuff he deserves and spawn yourself some new stuff, because he beat you, while you had Nodus enabled. If I was any meaner, I would have jailed you for such an offence.

When people go to me and say that they were in their house and got killed, I say those exact words. Seriously, if you want to build stuff and not get griefed/pvped a creative server might be for you.
