Staff members require initiative and the ability to re-asses past moments, if I gave you all the answers, you wouldn't get anywhere.
I agree with this last part, as it is super important, especially to me.
I'm a 'come onto the forums and let some steam off' type of person. Yes this makes me somewhat humorous, but most of the time, I'm Mr Sass. What keeps me in a good state of mind however, is Fault Correction. I'd rather be myself, and apologise for being myself, than be apologising for being an absolute hardass with no humour. I feel that since all of you are my friends, I can be absolutely honest, and as unprofessional as I please. These forums are the last place I can escape Professionalism. At school, at work, in the defence force group I will not name here. All require me to be extremely professional.
The same should apply to you. I've seen the forum posts to prove that you 'have changed', but I am yet to actually see that. It's not something that occurs overnight, by the way, it's a long term commitment.
