Sometimes it's just easier to kick people.
If you have a question, either PM it to staff or a long-time player directly, or ask it on the forums.
Generally with commands there is a help screen with the different commands on it, you just need to look around.
He insulted kittens multiple times, Home killed, Killed players that were trapped in Diamond blocks, after told not to kill that player...
