This is evidence enough, that he has been a serial offender, he has been warned, and he has no respect for the McTopia rules. He only does this, because he knows he can push and push and push, and still not be demoted.
I would say that he is currently worse than 125, but thats offensive, to 125.
I therefore recommend with the most extreme and strong intention, that he lose his powers, immediately
I agree, tempbanning also might not be enough- we'll see.
