I thought about that, and realized, if they are bugging staff about it, we would probably say no anyways. It would mostly be those people who stand out enough for staff to recommend them without having to ask, but I guess they can still ask..

And here comes the pressure for the Admins, when deciding this you'd have to be completly un-biased, although I think most Admins could handle it.
Admins would also have to tell people they're ready for staff too, instead of just thinking "This guy would be a good staff member." You have to come out and say it.
