If they make it known to you that you are a good candidate, then you should be all clear. This will need change from us too Zombie, we will need to be very obvious in our opinions regarding eligibility to apply. This includes the very informal compliment Mcman uses, which is >Insert Name here< for mod! and so forth. People intending to apply should be able to quote/screenshot what could be interpreted as a endorsement, and if they can't actually bring up what was said VERBATIM then they shouldn't be applying.
