After talking to the other admins, we have all came to the consensus, that it would be best to change the rules on who can apply for staff. In order for you to make an application, you would have to be recommended by one of the staff members. Without this recommendation, directly from them, your application will be removed. This does not include past apps, as it would not be fair to the people who already applied. If you state in your application that an admin recommended you, they will have to state in a post that they indeed did, or we will talk to each other via Skype. This is to control people making posts, and to spare feelings of those that are not ready for staff, and avoid telling them that they will not get it.
