I agree with both sides. Death is well known and he is quite active on the forums.
Although I've only ever seen him on the server maybe 5 times after he was un-banned.
This could be due to different time zones, but if not, I'm on a good portion of the afternoon and sometimes the morning.
So if we WERE in the same time zone(or close) we would see each other more if he got on regularly.
My 2 cents, maybe 2 1/2 cents.
