That's how I know they've changed and they seriously regret it.
Another note, if you're going to apologize, don't apologize to me solely, apologize to others too.
Reminds me of that movie, Pay It Forward. That's a classic.
How I see it is an apology doesn't mean crap. Learning from your mistakes is what makes the difference.
