Jesse is courteous and kind, I think he'd be a good Mod, but your temper is still evident, even if it's mostly deteriorated, when it comes to little things...you handled this Matt situation well, though, which is a good sign of maturity and growth as a person.

I would work on coming on more if I were you, I know the application says to overlook that bit but it's quite vital.

In terms of any friends lists, when I made my app, instead of a friends list I made a vouch list. It obviously took time to grow but it's a bit more substantial than a regular friends list. But, either or.

Yeah, I said to overlook that because it's out of my reach. I know its a crucial part to being a staff member, but I'm actually able to get on during the week now. Thanks anyways!
