I calculated these based on anvil mechanics. I can explain the math behind it if anyone is interested, but I have a table of values calculated out, and that's easier to both reference and understand. I feel like these prices would prevent new players from immediately having maxed gear, but stay reasonable near the upper enchantment levels. They are of course just prices I'm suggesting, and I'd like to see opinions on them.
Proposed prices:
*Calculated as level 3 due to lack of level variety
**Calculated an levels 2 and 4 due to lack of level variety
***Calculated as level 5 due to the difference between the sell price of cobble and that of stone
