Right now, I currently have a few problems with your application in its present form. I wish I could sugar coat most of this, but I can't...
Mod applications (and Admin, if you even need to apply) are expected to be of near perfect quality, and unfortunately, this is not perfect. I do want to help you though, so I will point out some of your errors. Most are formatting and spelling issues.
Your main paragraph is too long, it puts people off of reading it, and thus vouching. Split it up into the main points. Look at the exemplar and Tobii/Mcman/My applications, as they can really help your formatting. Copy the style, NOT THE TEXT.
Your spelling and sentences suck, there is no argument. I could barely comprehend the main points, as there are multiple errors per sentence. Let's look at an excerpt, and what I have issues with.
Spelling Problems: Wonderful
Barely Comprehensible: "Thanks all you" - should be 'Thank You to all you wonderful people.' or 'I'd like to thank all the wonderful players of McTopia.'
Barely Comprehensible: "Never want to leave it" - That sentence should be 'I really love this server, I never want to log off.'
My English Teacher taught me a cool trick: Read aloud what you write. That means, whatever you write, always read it aloud afterwards. I cannot count the number of errors I found by just reading it aloud! Many problems in this topic can be corrected by commas or full stops.
I also can see you have written sentences for the sake of filling in space, such as how you will feel if you succeed in your application (twice). Write what needs to be said, and stop.
I have seen you online occasionally, but try to be more active on the forums, and on the server. Get yourself known by everyone, and for the right reasons.
