Donor/Staff Commands Overhaul

I cant say I agree with you, people pay one hundred dollars just for these ranks so what your trying to do is make the rank command list smaller. all the coding done and the result will be minimized where only few people can use it, less people will donate,
yes people are stupid enough ( love you SDS BUt......) to buy SD but they should be rewarded. I know It does mean donating but,
its a bit lazy and greedy
