Emotional Cookie. The rule breaker >:O

So I was on a erm... different account and I tpaed to emotional just to see what was up. So he started attacking me and then I got on my Beast account and went to my home near him. I started roaming around planning to kill him, he then places lapis out of his structure. I warned him multiple times to either remove it or build on it. He said "No, its my land, I dont have to." I then explained just because its your land doesnt mean you can break the rules, I then asked him if he could just build something on it. He replied with "I'm not going to build on it just to please your genitalia" Here's a screen shot of the lapis.
