Why I think I should be staff.
I have good experience with staff I have had the rank CO-Owner, Head-Admin, Builder, Admin, Moderator, and lots of times I've had those ranks.Also I think I should have it because I am nice,Im good at building and I can help with lots of stuff.Like someone fighting someone else I split it up. if someone pvp logs I ask the person who has pvping he/she and I will jail them, I will also fix any destroyed objects. And If I see grief I will hawkeye it and see who did it then I will do /seen the persons name and see how long they have been offline if they have been offline for a longtime I wont bother to jail them, But if they come back on like 10mins later I will jail them. I can also help if someone is abusing with tp,tpo,jail,and other commands. Oh and I will have socialspy on so I can catch people trying to advertise. And I will help new members by showing them around, Building them a house (Not for free), telling them not to play around with *cough Lord_nick* *cough Bk* *cough cough* and I will also tell them about donating,and there commands.

What I will do with the commands.
I will not abuse them like /jail /tp /tpo /tphere and other commands I might not know about.I also wont spawn stuff from creative or /i to give to people.

I will not be mean to members and abuse creative and do bad things.
I will not greif or by-pass on anyones property. And I will also help with people doing bad things like... Greifing,Abusing ranks commands, I will warn before I punish if they swear, or advertise,or if they use and racism. And also if there just being mean to other players.

What I will do to help out new people that need help.
I will answer any questions if they ask and I will help building and I will not spawn anything for them if they ask.
