I have used the hacked client that is the only client available to users at the moment which is Nodus (On Singleplayer)
I have had a look at how you can hide items from hackers with Chest ESP (Which lights chests green on your screen [Even underground])
Chest/Trapchest and enderchests are all affected.
However if you want to hide your items underground you might want to use Droppers.
Droppers/Dispencers and Furnaces cannot be seen with xray or Chest ESP, which means you can hide items in them

Droppers can only hold 9 items, but are only 7 cobble and 1 redstone. This makes them cheap and should protect your items from these hacked clients (If hidden)
