Oh god that was horrible :c

So pretty much the girl I like is in my second period class so I walked the same way as her as I do every day, complimented her dress, and tried to ask her out. I was literally out of words to say so I turned around and said "We should hang out after school some time" aaaaaaaaannnnnnnddddddd I pretty much friend-zoned myself. She said yes and I thought that meant we were dating but I wasn't really sure so I texted my sister in third period and after I said don't ask her about it she went and asked her if we were dating *facepalm even though she said it jokingly* my sister pretty much said that the girl likes me but says she doesn't know me that well, so my sister told her that I just meant I wanted to hang out as friends. I'm not sure if she's too nice to reject me or if she wants to go on a few "dates" before putting the label on or what but I'm really freaking out still. I see her in like 2 hours when I go and see the play (shes in it). Help....me......

Should I get her flowers for the play or will that freak her out? Girls are scary D:
