An example of bias is this:

I have been promised by both of these Admins, especially my best friend Metazard, that I will be banned the second he sees me grief. WE ARE ALL CLEAN.... (Caps)

A more realistic situation, without bias, would be.

Deathworlds has just completed a house, when I come along and grief it, as well as the whole town. Deathworlds then tells Metazard or Chall, who are on the server too, among others. They come and inspect the house, and they see that yes, I did grief the house. They immediately jail me while they investigate, and as soon as they can confirm the griefing is all mine, they ban me, because it was a whole town grief, and I ruined the whole town. Deathworlds is free to rebuild his town, after Chall and Meta roll back my damage.

Even though Chall and Meta are my friends, and Meta is my bestie, They still were Unbiased. They did exactly what they would have done to you, tobii, deathworlds or fatboomer if they griefed really bad. Not that they will, Obviously.

I hope this was clear enough, I tried to make it as relatable as possible. I have no doubt Tobii-Tot will never be biased, because she never is, even without a staff rank.
