MattJTV is jailed for 2 days in thecage for disrespecting staff after 3 warnings and for arguing about rules on the server continuously instead of having a calm discussion about the matter and taking two admin's advice. I warned MattJTV to stop filling my inventory with beds and milk buckets every time I said something he did not agree with multiple times, and on the third time I finally took the matter to heart. As a ranked member, I expected better from him. He has not proven himself to be mature enough to handle his responsibilities.
After a scam to kill a trusted member with McManaway1 and Beast, MattJTV placed several spawned and unactivated lapis blocks near the area in no meaningful pattern in an unprotected area not to far from Alexandria and Spawn (200 and 500 blocks consecutively according to McManaway with screenie proof, if required). I informed him that this is the same as spawning in blocks for a player. No one is allowed to place unprotected diamond ore blocks in mines where they can be discovered by members. Placing important blocks, such as diamond, lapis, gold, iron, etc., outside of your protection field as a SuperDonor is of the same concept. MattJTV insists that this is not directly stated in the rules, by which time Kittens1234 gave her support of the aforementioned rule. Once two admins agreed on the matter, MattJTV became disrespectful and began his improper conduct. I told all present that bending the rules will not fly, and warned them that they cannot possibly bend the rules forever and expect no consequences.
Also note the use of TNT carts by McManaway1. I have not seen a rule regarding these carts, but as TNT is disabled I would not sanction the use of these blocks to take entire chunks of the world that the user does not intend to develop or to take chunks near (reasonable space around) another player's build area.

On further consideration from McManaway1, who confessed to the third disrespectful action, I have unjailed MattJTV for disrespect. However, let it be known that he has been warned of the consequences. If block placement occurs again I will jail. No one is jailed at the moment.
