Honestly I agree with the Second. Kids should learn they can't buy their way out of there troubles. Its a poor use of money.
Example: Kid murdered 15 other kids: Gets death sentence with no bail. Me: Yeah your screwed there.
Example 2: Kid has insufficient funds to deal with a drug lord.
I DONT GET WHAT THE BIG WHOOP IS ABOUT THIS... I dont understand. If he wanted to get this, then he should be able to. Everyone else should just mind their own business....
