Let me clear it, I said 13+ for few reasons
1- Because lots of children gets scared of this kind of stuff and gets nightmares.
2-I wanted to have people who knew about the subject or have heard about it, because i don't think a nine year old would listen the news and understand everything about whats going because I'm sure they would understand few things and just keep talking about the same thing over and over and what they've understand might a whole other thing.
And what does it change if I set an age? It's my post. I dedicated it to people who I think would know more about it and people who are 13 and older. It's kind of like saying, 'Why does clubs have a set age? everyone should be able to go there.' and then you can put your reasons such as, Well they're 13-14 they already know about it why not let them go there?... I'm not saying that it's the same thing, but it's just would be the same sort of problem.
