Westerndeep Fly Pvp and Tp Attacking

So I was just wandering around /warp pvp, just talkin to some friends, when Westerndeep tp's to me and starts shooting me from the sky. Unfortunately it took me a second to start recording, as I was more concerned with like, not dying. I actually didn't say anything to him beforehand, didn't do anything that might have angered him, he just kind of did it, I don't really know.
