There was not just one lag machine. There were multiple, and as for you saying clear lag clearing them, that is also not true. One of your lag machines spawned horses which do not get killed by clear lag. There were thousands of them that were created by a machine that you made. Not creating lag machines would fall under the rule "Have common sense". It is true you did not receive any sort of warning, which is why you were able to create this ban appeal. However, as it is common sense, I feel there is no warning necessary. The only thing these lag machines did were lag people on the server and the server itself. There is absolutely no good that came from them. Not to mention you were not going to remove them any time soon.
