I don't think of staff rank as a "reward" I think of it as a job and a decision. A reward is something you get for trying to do/get something. If you try for a staff position you should not get it. This position should come naturally.
On the other hand i think Varstar7 should wait. I have seen childish remarks by him on the server. He dosnt always make the right decision. Im always seeing him asking for other people for help with commands and rules. I would say Var you should wait. Work on your minor flaws.
