He killed/stole 1 horse, by accident.
he didn't see the sign
and this is his first horse related offense
two. freaking. days.

i think that might be like just the smallest bit too much.

Even 1 day was excessive, and he's already served that.
Entering a restricted area?
Did he get a warning?
I agree with tobii. He should be unjailed.
