3. Rule 13, do not bother staff if they are obviously busy, I'd like to point this out, could taming a horse be considered as a time consuming thing? Yes. Could this mean you are busy for the period of time you are doing this? Yes. Would then killing the horse bother the member of staff trying to tame it? Yes. Rule broken.
