I do help naturally, I just also do big things for the server aswell. It really isn't an act, it is just who I am. I feel that I shouldn't have to bring down my determination to get staff, doesn't make much sense.

Do not lower determination. Just don't hold expectations so high. It isn't impossible for you to get admin, but Inspiron respects the opinion of his current staff. 2 of them disagree, and the rest have yet to speak.
