HELP!

Okee Dokee... I got on McTopia this afternoon, and I was running around spawn with my compass and teleported through this wall behind the spawn where new member's spawn... Theres glass there so you'll know what I am talking about. Well, anyway! I really need inspiron to read this... Ok so there was a pressure plate I didn't see and underneath it was a command block... I stepped on the pressure plate by accident, then I read what the command block did... And... It set me to "pre-member"... When I talk anything it doesn't say what I say. All that comes up is: [1]. I can't do ANY commands what so ever. Inspiron please help!!!! " title="Sad">
