Members making their own rules?

Well a few months back I was in my town and I said if anyone eould like a home in my town tpa to me! One person tpaed to me and I said would you like a home? They responded, No. I said well olay you may hang out here if you would like next thing I know like 2 SDs 1 vip obsidian and 3 members tpa to that person and they have a killing fest in my town. I told them they weren't allowed to kill due to town rules and they said "Those rules only apply to people that live here, and then they continued killing me. I say we stop with town rules because half the people on mcTopia don't give a... Dvdjwhs (sorry i don't cuss) about town rules.
