This seems like a not bad app, not bad, but not good either. The basic content is there, but you also need to add more. This format seems more suited for a trusted application than a mod application.

Spread the main points out into paragraphs, and elaborate on them. I hate to say it, but essays are a prerequisite for Mod Applications.

Edit it, and you will be fine. The Staff and other lovely members of the Forums should also provide feedback.
