We've been hard on him at times, I know that. Often too hard, I admit. But the problem here is that treehuger repeats the same offences, does a bunch of bad stuff, and always seems to get away with it. We've gotten so much proof, and it seems like he always snakes by with a one day jail or something minor, he never really learns.
