Give it to an Sd, tell them where to put it, pay the diamonds, tell them the name you want and they'll do it for you.

By the way, if you want an actual jail, make it, then tell the owner and he can make it an actual jail for you to jail in.
Theres no point in paying for warps with spawned diamonds, it's just a waste of time! .-.
With Mod, and VIP-Ob and up, I just set the warp for them .-.
