why pick server upgrade if the server is constantly getting the best Bukkit aavailable. the only reason why the server is lagging is because we are running on a bukkit snapshot. untill Bukkit works out all the kinks in 1.3 than we will have to have lag, or revert to 1.2. and i dont think we want to do that
