When you take away creative, you can limit what people spawn. You can take awaya /i diamondblock, /i ironingot, ect. You can take away spawning an economy. Creative mode devalues diamonds. Go on another survival server, and tell me how many people you see running around freely with diamond armor. Maybe 1 or 2 people. Not the whole server. Also, people spawning items for other people has to stop, and taking away creative can help. If you took away the ability to spawn diamonds from donors, they will think twice before giving a member there valuables.
