You clearly said "I disapprove" Zardy is right. You don't have the rights, no one does, to disapprove an app. It is the rank TRUSTED. They get /back and /ci. We're not making them admin. We're just recognizing they are dedicated to the server. Metazard is a staff member, it is his job to make sure people are happy. By pointing out people's past, you're making people unhappy. Metazard is here to stop that.
