You were most likely demoted from your rank because of the VIP glitch. When your VIP runs out (lasts for 30 days or so) you become member. But, if you bought VIP then another rank, you are demoted.
This is a bug that will be worked out soon.
You did nothing wrong, and the staff are working to fix it.

Did you ever buy VIP, and then another rank? (It is fine if you did; it would help us help you)
I'm not sure about you being muted, and my computer won't let me connect to the server for a long time. I'll hop on if I can, and check that out
