And being tall isn't exactly great xD, like Jack said, being flexible isn't exactly easy. One thing that I learned though, is to do trigger point, a type of stretch that helps relax your muscles, and make it easier to be flexible. Look it up on YouTube. All you need to do it is use a stick, or foam roller
