I saw gamegraft post how there should be custom ranks for desired personnel. love this idea! We should change "staff Applications" into "Rank Ideas". So people can post what they think a new rank name could be and who would get it such as farmer, builder, lover, friend, etc. You get the gist of what im saying.

What im trying to say is, I don't really like this new topic. Makes me cringe when ever I read new apps and comments to them.

The staff apps are more so to show inspiron that you think you're worthy, and asking of others what you can do better.
