Well mod in my opinion, is a staff rank for people who deserve it and wish to help the server (not just some towns) and will do the best they can and NEVER break rules.
So I'm guessing (sorry just very tired and not in a thinking mood) you just want mod so you only have- GAH whatever .-. Hey me.

I mean this in a very kind way, but I don't think you are ready for mod. Please don't be mad at me or sad or upset or have emotions like that. Huh. I don't say the word emotions a lot. But this topic and everything you are saying at it (in my opinion ) is lowering your chances. I personally think that making a mod app lowers your chances as well.
And this is STUPID! I meen that in a not mean way. One person makes a mod app. Everyonelse: HEY! That person made an app, I WILL TOO! Herp derppp!
