If you make a moderator application, the least you could do is take the time to use proper grammar, and spelling. Things like "plz" and "i" are hurting your chances. You could say that I don't have the best grammar, or spelling, but one think I make sure of when I'm writing a request is that I at least proof read, and TRY to fix those things. We want people that are old enough to handle the rank, and proper English rules are the few things we have to go off of. It's hard for us to judge maturity off of much else then that, and how you act on the server. So please, at the very least, make this more business like, and use the actual word "please" instead of "plz" and correct any other grammatical errors.
