I didn't get a chance to go online yesterday, so I want to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
Here in El Cajon, one of the neighborhood churches provided a Thanksgiving feast for everyone! They provided juice, turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn! There were a lot of different pie choices like pumpkin, cherry, pecan, and apple. You could eat as much as you want and the church members came around and served us. It was all really good. I ate about 3/4ths of my plate and a slice of pumpkin pie before I was stuffed! My mom and I were so stuffed that we couldn't make it back to our spot just then, so we went around the side of the library and laid down in the sun-warmed grass. I read a book and my mom looked at some leaves for a while and studied all the little veins (cause she had nothing else to do :\). Once we felt better, we headed up to wal-mart to see if they were open. Surprisingly they were open 24hours to prepare for Black Friday, so we bought a couple things and then went to our spot around 5pm to sleep. =3
