Still, I would rather that child not have to go through starving on the streets, being abused or shuffled around the foster care system, or maybe even contracting a life threatening illness all because the parents couldn't be bothered to step up to their responsibilities or didn't have enough money to take care of their child. :\
All I'm saying is, your opinion shouldn't determine what Jane decides to do with her own body and the child she is growing inside of her. To me it's terrible, but it's been going on since the beginning of time and I'd rather have a legal way to cope with the consequences of unprotected intimacy instead of seeing a mother drown her child on the news.
