Well that would ruin the point of many things such as no pvp blocks also this is a pvp server so it would make no sense to make a pvp free world on a pvp server, it might make some people mad who are like me and just love pvp.
People like you who love to pvp, will stay in the pvp worlds.
But they would be saddened by the fact that there is nobody in the pvp worlds but them...
