Unnecessarily muted and jailed

Hi inspiron or other admins, my name is octobre10j and i believe that i have been muted and jailed without good reason. First of all, I NEVER spawned items for my friends and never would. Second of all, I did in fact spawn kill. AFTER Spencer did multiple times to me and my friends superjim, Zan98e, and fibbl. They were all also muted for defending me. Fibbl wrote "Why was octobre jailed?" and "Why no answer?" and he was muted immediately. So please Inspiron. Please help. He also asked if he could build on our land (we said no) and then he did all this.
