In Korea, we have "ranks" for family and friends. From a girl's perspective, any male older than her would be "oppa". (from a boy's perspective it would be "hyung".) So he's saying that he's "oppa", like a universal term. All the girls want him, and call him "oppa".

Gangnam is a place in Korea. It means "south side of the river". All the rich people move to Gangnam when they can afford it. So he's saying he's so rich, he lives in Gangnam.

And I'm assuming you know what style means.

So the translation of the title would be something like "Girls-Want-Me-And-I'm-Rich Style".
