Some sort of ability purchuse?

A few abilitys i kinda want

Ability to fly,

Jailing and unjailing (Not that much)

and the ability to prevent people from Tping to me...

If their is some way to get these abilitys without ALL of the commands that would be great " title="Smile">

i dont think it matters if you get the "no tp" thing, most people who can tp without consent have /tpo as well
