I have a good idea! what if, when someone gets a rank that has /jail they have to go through a test. They have to tell you what things are worth jailing, what things aren't worth jailing, and the all of the rules in /warp modrules (it's no longer there but I talk about the rules in there a lot ). If they get 3 or more things wrong they fail, and they can't use their jail/muting powers. If they use the jailng powers and they didn't pass they get jail. I'm tired (like always) so sorry if this doesn't make much sense! I think I forgot to use punctuation. I like ponys.
